At Trained By Rose, I’m focused on helping individuals become stronger, move better, and build confidence in their bodies both on and off the field. Whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to improve how you feel and perform physically, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you progress.
My approach is built from my own experience in the game and what I’ve learned through training at different levels. I focus on performance-based methods that translate- not just in sport, but in how you move day to day. I also incorporate work on the body’s fascia system, helping you develop strength, mobility, and control from the ground up so you can move efficiently and stay injury-free.
